The legendary Ghazal King Jagjit Singh at the age of 70, passed away on 10th October, 2011 at the Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai. It's great loss for Indian music. He was a living legend people loved his Ghazals and will always love. such a great demise for Ghazal music.
He was admitted at the hospital on 23rd September after suffering from Brain Hemorrhage. A life saving surgery was performed on him. But surgery couldn't save him and He took his last breath on Monday, 10th October.
